I recently sold my WSJ on RedWeek to a very nice person. I sold because I am overloaded with timeshares due to the 2 Marriott CHs bought at auction.
I will miss it, but am open to renting from Tuggers in the future.
Anyway, would like to share the name of a very professional, efficient, polite and reasonably priced law firm that can help with the purchase or sale of a WSJ unit or other conveyance or tax problem that you may encouner. They understand the slow process of island RE taxes and how to get things done.
They can also be beneficial with non Starwood, USVI, properties in St Thomas, St. John and St. Croix.
I had a good experience with them. Work with Jayne if you can. She's sharp, efficient, personable and good at 'splaining it all !
