Both my parents and myself own separate weeks at Frenchman's Cove, and my parents want to transfer their week to me.
I got some (sketchy) info from speaking with people at MVCI on how to do it... I need to file a deed transfer with the USVI recorder of deed office and then give marriott the info of the new deed to complete the transfer.
However, I was looking for a deed transfer agency who will help complete everything... but it seems that most sites I've found only deal with property located within the 50 US states.
Does anyone know if this is something relatively easy to do on my own by sending forms etc to the recorder of deeds in St. Thomas and what the process is? Or ideally, does someone know a deed transfer service they've used or have experience with for transferring a timeshare deed within family in the USVI?
