Using HIVC Points at Home Resort

If I purchase some floating weeks at HIVC South Beach (Mrytle Beach) that are in the peak season, can I use the point value to book in the Diamond season at the same resort (assuming I have enough points)

Example week one 2b peak season worth 150,000 points, week two 2b peak season worth 150,000 points both at south beach. Can the combined point value 300K be used to book in diamond season at South Beach or am I somehow restricted to the peak season?

That means you own 2 weeks, 300,000 points total at the same resort.
peak 2 bedroom is 172,000 points

or if you owned 1 week 150,000 points you can borrow some points from next year to make that reservation
Points borrowed the money paid actually goes toward that years maintenance fees ( pre paid)

The question to put out is if you buy into this resort (south beach) does the points ownership allow you to book at all the HICV resorts or only South Beach?
