Used Christmas Card Donation

I haven't been here in a while, but I know someone will know the answer to this. In the past, after the holidays I have sent my Xmas cards to St. Jude's. The children recycle them and sell them next year to make some money. Apparently, they are overloaded because they're not accepting cards anymore. I work in an office that receives hundreds of cards, and it is a shame to just throw them out. Does anyone know who accepts used cards?

Senior-citizen homes and senior services departments in some towns will take them, for use in crafts projects. Also your local elementary schools might be glad to have them.
