Owner care was helpful, but I am still hosed by 9 months on 600K points.
I complained that I was trying to book Ocean Boulevard in July 2020 when I discovered my points were moved.
So they granted me enough points to book Ocean Boulevard since I was way short.
The number of points granted was nowhere near the 3/4 of 600K which was moved.

Lesson learned about resale contract use years, although I should be set from now on regardless of what I buy.

My situation is almost identical to yours, steve_solo. Had 600K+ developer points, July-June use year. About a year ago I added my first resale contract, not thinking anything about it having a Jan-Dec use year. I went to check my point balances a couple weeks ago and had a LONG list of transactions that I didn't recognize, then realized they had realigned my use year so everything was Jan-Dec. I basically now have 300K less points to use in 2020 because they moved them into 2021. Yet I will be paying full freight on the maintenance fees for those months.

We were hoping to do a family reunion in early August but I no longer have enough points. Do you mind sharing the phone number you used for Owner Care? We've owned with Wyndham (Fairfield) for 30 years and this really steams me.
