UPS email virus

I received a email today that looked like a notification of a undelivered package that I sent. I knew that I was away on the date they described so I checked it out and found this.If you get this email do not open the attachment.It looks authentic it even has a tracking number.
 
I received this email at work a couple of days ago, however the tracking number did not start with the 1Z so I deleted it. If anyone gets one that looks like a real tracking # I would paste it into the UPS website tracking page to see if it is real.
 
Thanks for the warning. I just checked my e-mail, and sure enough, there was one of those that looked pretty authentic. I hesitated to open it - and I'm glad I did. I deleted it, checked my junk folder, (occasionally a "real" e-mail will get caught), sure enough there was one there also. Deleted everything -- feel better after reading this.

I also received it today and asked my wife if she had sent anything. Since neither of us did I just deleted it. So glad now I did.
I did send your warning Frank to about 30 friends though. Thanks.

Friends and family always send me warnings about these things .I never really paid attention to them because I thought my filters would sort them. I never got a virus before.I guess I'll pay closer attention to these things.I'm glad this post stopped some people from getting this virus.
