I sent an email to RCI about my 3 TPU and my inability to use it during the Corona Virus.
They added the 3 TPU to my 33 TPU so now I have 36 TPU to use until June 2022.
No charge to me for this.
I am happy with RCI right now.

Hope they let you blend too, It’s not our fault that resorts are not open and our TPUs expire during this time. I escalated my concern and they responded favorably. Good Luck, let us know if they were kind to you too?

I checked and none of my TPUs expire before 2021. So I doubt they'd combine any of mine for free. But thanks for the information. Hope it does help someone else.

Thanks for sharing. We had 25 and 2 TPU deposits and I was able to book a 27 TPU fantastic exchange using the free combine. I'd probably not have booked that exchange if I had to pay to combine.

Just an update on my RCI account. Booked a week in September at the Pines with6 TPU and it was cancelled rebooked for the following week was only 3 TPU. And exchange fee was $199. They put my 3 TPU separate from the original deposit I had. I did a chat with RCI and got my TPU back where it belonged and I’m getting a $40. Dollar refund instead of a credit. I’m finding if you don’t follow up you get charged more, not fair if they are the ones who make errors.

Thanks for the information that they reunited your TPUs with the original deposit! We had multiple changes and cancellations due to COVID-19 and ended up with 5 tiny “sets” of points that we had to pay to combine into one that will be usable. Next time I’ll chat and ask to have points reunited with the pool they came from.

Thanks for sharing. Wish I'd been reading this thread since you first posted! I probably could have saved myself a recombine fee - too late for that, but maybe next time!
