I have until July 16 to see what actually happens before I cancel our trip. I wrote on another board that we are scheduled to go in September, arriving on a Monday. That means we need a COVID test done on the Friday with the text results back on Saturday or Sunday. We are not even thinking about getting tested once we land in Aruba. So, once the flights from the US begin arriving on Aruba in July, I will cancel my confirmation with II and be within the 60 cancelation. That will also mean getting an e-credit of $575 x4 with Delta. I'm not happy about this, but I guess we will miss going this year.

Yesterday, I canceled the trip for Aruba in September. There are too many requirements right now for what I always call my second home. We've rebooked within the US.

Beautiful country, I can understand that they do not want their country to be a hot spot because of an infected COVID -19 tourist. Excellent decision by their government top officials. IMHO. GOOD LUCK.
