Well they have been talking about it for several years but in typical Bluegreen fashion they announced on the website on 1/15 that effective 1/22/25, all premiere levels will be increasing.
I will let the attachments speak for themselves.

(I will try and get a clearer image of the level comparisons)

Thank you for the update; easier to find here than on the BG owner website.

Questions for GreyFal and/or TUG sitekeepers:
Now that BlueGreen is owned by Hilton, what do you think should happen to the Bluegreen forum?
Should it be named "Bluegreen Legacy" or some such?
What has happened to Diamond Resort owners when they were swallowed by Hilton?

My thought is it should eventually be renamed as the Diamond group was.
But at this point, I do not think HVC Max for BG has actually rolled out yet.

Diamond still has its own forum, it was just renamed. I think a lot will depend on how they rebrand the Bluegreen resorts and what they may name or call the legacy program that Bluegreen operates internally. That program won't ever go away.

HGV has stated that most BG resorts will be rebranded as HVC and a few will be rebranded as HGVC. But that is just rebranding (or a name change of the resort). I would expect the BG club (or whatever name is used for that) to operate as it does now. HgvMax which will require a purchase will allow the BG members to exchange into HGVC or HVC or Embarc clubs at the 6-month mark (assuming availability). Those are my opinions.

still think its far more useful to call diamond resorts by its original name as more often than not owners dont realize any difference between HGVC and HVC...

will play it by ear as this transition moves forward for resort names like we have for dri/embarc

Most of the Bluegreen resorts do not have BG in the name. Looking at a few of the former Diamond resorts in Vegas it seems to be the same

I always try and remember to say DRI/HVC when discussing the resorts or the system. I believe this misunderstanding is a feature not a bug to the developer as they can use that misunderstanding to sell DRI/HVC trust points when the customer thinks they are purchasing into the HGVC system. Since they have a ton of them, they want to get rid of these trust as quickly as possible. While HGV is overall a good company, their sales department is not and drags down the reputation of the entire system.

HGV tells new buyers that they are purchasing HGV or HgvMax. They aren't explaining the specific details of what the new buyers are actually purchasing. Many come here without knowing and we try to help them figure out which TS system they bought. We need to do that to best answer their question(s). But HGV does try to push DRI/HVC trust points. I expect that the same game plan will be used by HGV as BG is added to the program.

At Bluegreen sales, you buy 4,000 additional BG points to have access to Max
