Does anyone know what size unit is 0220 at Grande Vista?
Seller gave me a deed info - week 22, unit 0220 but I cannot find that info from county recorder. There's no such deed.
Thanks for any help!

from the map I have here at Grande Vista villa number 0220 is in building 90 and so would be a studio or a one bedroom. I will go check it out tomorrow

With resorts with lockoffs, they often only deed the 1BR side of the unit. The studio side isn't usually on the deed even though it has it's own unit number.

If you are trying to search the deed on the Orange County Comptrollers website, realize that week and unit number searches are only good for deeds recorded after June 1, 2008. You probably need to search by the the owners name.
