Uncertainty about RCI points housekeeping fees

I know that the housekeeping fees are due to doing less than a 7 night stay at a certain resort, but what should I expect when the amount mentioned is a range?
Example:

For Points stays for less than 7 nights.
"Housekeeping fee for all RCI points reservations: There may be a 85.74 to 124.10 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted."

That's not a small spread. $85 I can do. $124 I'd rather not. Is this something that I can figure out ahead of time? Perhaps a call to the resort before putting in my RCI request?

I think the range depends on size of unit as well as the number of nights. Obviously a 3 night stay in a studio with a mini kitchen would require less housekeeping than the same number of nights in a 2 bedroom, full kitchen unit. The range you quoted is probably dependant on the number of nights.
We have never stayed less than 7 nights to avoid housekeeping fees. We have had lots of more than 7 night stays with no additional housekeeping fees. Also the RCI exchange rate or a 7 night stay is the same as for a 10 night stay.
