Unable to Add Resorts to II Request

I'm unable to add resorts to my II request. I continue through all the screens, get to the Confirmation, click Complete Transaction, and it turns grey and freezes. Yesterday I phoned II and a rep was able to add resorts. Today I went back to check, corrected "Kitchen No to Yes", and again Complete Transaction froze. Anyone know why I'm unable to complete the transaction?

Hard to tell. When it turns grey and freezes does the web page have any other error indications on it, like missing data? Can you Ctrl-Alt-Printscreen the page and paste it in a post here when it freezes? What web browser are you using?

Top photo shows when I reach the bottom of the page, then press Complete Transaction. Bottom photo shows result.

No VPN. I've clicked "Read More" and found no answer. Yesterday I talked to II, and she was able to add resorts but didn't explain my problem. I'll call again.

Which resorts are in your search? It's easy to miss the "kitchen being set to YES" when trying to add a resort has no kitchen.
You said it was set to "NO" - that could have been what the rep did to add the resort yesterday.

Do you have some kind of browser extension that may be blocking it somehow. That "fraud prevention tool may require PIN" seems strange.

Try logging in to the website with your browser in incognito mode and see if it does the same thing.

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions. It could be that my AdBlocker caused this, although I haven't had problems in other areas.
All 13 resorts that the II rep added are still listed, so I'll move on and hope for the best.

This was a glitch that started in January 2022 and has been reported to II.
