Has anyone heard that the website for Hilton and Bluegreen will be linked together as of Jan 1st? Also we were told as of Jan 1st we would have access to all of Bluegreen properties, Hilton, Diamond, Embarc (i think that is the right name) as of Jan 1st, 2025 if we bought into the new Ultimate Access that starts then. Anyone heard of this?

I'm pretty sure this may be a sales spin on Max? Or maybe a rebrand?

We already had max. Plus we own Blugreen and Diamond. He said if we switched to Hilton we could tie everything together come January. Even being able to combine the points from both timeshares.

I think he's lying - owners in Max were already able to cross book HGVC and Diamond (at 6 months) though I don't know about combining points as the values aren't aligned. Reports were that Bluegreen would be added in to Max at no charge, so I expect you'll see come January (without buying anything new if you already have Max) that Bluegreen will also show up with the 6 month booking window.

"Ultimate Access" is the branding they use for member events like concerts, dinners and sporting events that you are able to attend and then required to complete a sales presentation/review. Unlikely that I would buy retail anyway, but surely would not based on some future benefit being "promised" by a salesperson.

Of course you had to buy something to make it all happen. Classic sales spin. We don't know yet how HGV will integrate Bluegreen. If you have HGV Max now, you can already access HGVC and HVC resorts.

To the OP, was your salesperson lips moving and what else did they promised you . That was not in black and white print.

Is this Ultimate Access in your written contract ?

Please read your contract and find everything that your saleperson promised you.

Good Luck

My understanding of Ultimate Access is it's a program for Max members where HGV will send them to a concert or other special event that is occurring during the owner's stay at the resort. In exchange the owner must commit to an "update" (sales pitch) afterwards.

Typically not worth it in my opinion. I'd rather just buy the concert tickets and forgo the sales pitch.

Not true. The only way to get into Embarc if you don't own Embarc points is through an exchange - one Embarc member out, one exchange member in. Availabilty to Embarc will always depend on how many of its members participate in any given exchange program.
