Ulalena Show with Ruth Chris Dinner???

Has anybody done this package that includes the Ulalena Show and 3 course dinner at Ruth Chris Steak House? Is this worth the extra $40 or so for dinner (and VIP Seating)?

I didn't do the dinner; but we saw the show and it was fantastic. We bought tickets to the show at one of those ticket outlets in Kihei ( frog something) as they were cheaper there. I don't think we had vip seating; if we didn't have the seats were great anyways ( again check with frog whatever). We booked the Lahaina luau there also and saved a few bucks.
