Keeping my fingers crossed for our June 6, 2020 check-in at Worldmark Vancouver.
Even if they do open the border by then, if the current regulations under the Quarantine Act are still in place, the only thing you are going to see for the first 14 days is the inside of your unit. That's assuming you have made adequate arrangements to have the unit stocked with food, water and other necessities for the full 14 days. You will have to provide proof of that to the CBSA agent at the border or at YVR. If not, you will be spending the 14 days in a government facility. During the 14 days, you may not leave your unit for ANY reason; not to get groceries, go to the pharmacy or anything else. As long as you are symptom free, you may go out on the balcony of the unit, otherwise you must stay INSIDE the unit.
