Two auctions ended today only fetching $5.50 each for a summer studio at Mountain Valley. Is this due to the high MF and off season week? Is this nornal?

One could have bought both and saved money by not even needing escrow services.
 
Seller has only 87.5% positive feedback. I for one do not bid on seller's auctions with feedback that low. Perhaps that played into the ending price. Surely this will not pass ROFR???
