TTR GO, Concierge Club and Innova Marketing Incentives

Vidanta
We've had a vidanta membership for years. While vacationing last year in Puerto Vallarta we attended a presentation hosted by the concierge club at vallarta gardens. We signed a contract with TTR GO and Innova Marketing Incentives where Innova was to pay us $14,400 for our timeshare. I think this is a total scam and have an attorney in puerto vallarta working on it. Has anyone dealt with these companies? Thanks.

There are a few threads on Vallarta Gardens; I’m not able to look them up right now, but @T-Dot-Traveller usually bumps them when this sort of question comes up. In any case, if someone said they would pay for your timeshare, it was definitely a scam.

We also got caught by this group of thieves. Did you have any luck with the attorney and if so can you give a referral. Thanks
