Define "near"...

  • Inn Season Resort Falls at Ogunquit

  • Hillcrest Condominiums

  • Seacastles

Although all three are in Ogunquit, if by "near" OP means within easy walking distance, then OP should probably scratch The Falls property off the list, since it is actually located several miles away from Perkins Cove. The Falls is well outside "downtown", out on the southbound side of Route 1 and U.S. 1 is not exactly "pedestrian friendly".

It's not a long drive to Perkins Cove from The Falls, but parking at Perkins Cove is severely limited and often outright impossible, so that is a factor not to be ignored.
Both of the other two places identified above are within relatively easy walking distance to / from Perkins Cove.
