We are traveling with friends later this year, and have two villa's booked. I will be there for the entire time, staying in our one of the villa's with our friends in the other. Do I need to complete the online guest form to add our friends to the 2nd villa reservation? Or can they add their name and credit card at check-in?

If so, would I still be able to request the two villas be in the same building, or at least near each other?

We have traveled with friends many times with HGV, but this the first time with MVC reservation.

You should be able to check in for both. When you get your welcome email there is usually a field to enter associated reservations and you can ask to be located near each other (subject to room view limitations.)

You can add their name and credit card at checkin. The only issue that could arrive is if they are expected to arrive at the resort before you.

Thanks, I made both reservations and they both have identical room types/views.

At present our flights land 2 hours ahead of theirs, so should arrive at the resort before our friends. But will monitor to make sure flight schedules don't change. Of course I have had a number of flight delays in the past year, so that's always a possibility.
