Traveling to St. Thomas in Dec.

I received an e-mail from Frenchman's Cove asking my flight information, time of arrival, whether I wanted extra tidy-ups, etc. but nothing about unit location. Is this new that we can no longer make a request for a particular building or high or low floor?

I'm onsite and we got our email last month that had a link to a system asking for the details, tidy and villa request. We are owners here so it helps with the assignment but I know there are also lot of multi-week owner that get higher on the preference list.

You can call the resort and place your request.
