All,

We are off to Aruba Friday night and get our COVID test tomorrow. I understand we have to complete a health questionnaire and also upload our COVID results. Any suggestions or recommendations from TUGgers who have traveled recently to Aruba? I understand a printed copy of the COVID result is recommended as well as evidence that it is a molecular test (like a PCR test). Any advice and counsel would be appreciated!

Best,

Greg

Hi Greg, We are leaving for Aruba this Sunday. Our Covid tests are on Thursday. We have been vaccinated here, thankfully.

Here is the link from Aruba.com that explains all of the up to date entry requirements.

You should be able to do everything online with the ED entry process and the Aruba Health App (which I have downloaded and registered on already).

Also, make sure your test IS a PCR test and not an antigen test.

Where are you staying? We're going to be staying at the Surf Club.

If you have any further specific questions, either message me here or check out the Aruba.com Forums. There are many members who are there now and lots of knowledgeable folks to ask specific questions.

Safe travels and good luck.

Hello,

To fly back into the USA do you need to get another negative covid test while in Aruba? Thank you.

Yes you need to test in Aruba before you leave per CDC guidelines. Most test in Aruba are back in 24 hours.

Hello,

Thank you for such a quick reply. So where do you get tested? Thinking about going to the Marriott TS there. Does ones insurance pay for it or is it free? Thank you.

I had to pay for test and it was $75. Testing was done at Marriott Surf club for all 3 properties.
