Transferring Staroptions from Former Owner to New Owner at Sheraton Vistana Village, Bella, Mandatory

I need help. Bought SVV resale direct from owner. She has 44,000 staroptions to transfer to me. The property purchased is a Sheraton Vistana Village, Bella Phase, Mandatory. What is the process to transfer the points from her to me?

I’ve bought a couple resale SVVs. Only current year staroptions will transfer to the new owner, and only if the prior owner didn’t already use them or bank them with Interval International. Does your contract say “usage begins in 2021”?

Is your new ownership showing up yet in Vistana.com on the Dashboard? If not, call Vistana.
If it is, but shows no 2021 staroptions, then she may have used them already

Are these banked 44K SO or are they just the SO that come with the ownership in your next use year? Either way, you need to use a transfer agent. LT Transfers is you’re best bet. They are efficient and relatively inexpensive, they will handle everything

You aren't necessarily transferring StarOptions. It sounds like you bought a week at SVV Bella. If that is the case, you need to get the deed to that week transferred to your name. Using the aforementioned LT Transfers is a good option. If you get 2021 first use, then when the transfer is complete you will see 44,000 StarOptions available in your account to book starting in 2021. If yo uget first use in 2022, then those options will show up to use in 2022. If the seller has banked 2021 StarOptions. those won't transfer.

Can someone please help me? I am an owner of 3 sets of options; the first two I purchased at a presentation and they are Staroptions. The third I bought off of Redweek (2nd hand market) and are homeoptions for the core Sheraton properties, but also through Vistana. The third one I am having a problem with. When I log into Vistana, it shows up as a mortgage (it also shows up on the "what I own" page", but it doesn't show up on my dashboard for points remaining, it doesn't show up as an option to use to book trips, and when I call and book a reservation using it, the reservation doesn't show up on my dashboard. When I call, they confirm all the points are available to use....but no one can help me get them to show up on my dashboard to be able to use them to book online. I closed on this set of homeoptions back in the spring. I have called and emailed no less than 15 times trying to resolve this issue so I can actually use what I've paid for. NO ONE can seem to help me. They just keep saying they are raising "tickets" but there is no resolution. Can anyone please help me?!? Thank you!
