Can someone please help me? I am an owner of 3 sets of options; the first two I purchased at a presentation and they are Staroptions. The third I bought off of Redweek (2nd hand market) and are homeoptions for the core Sheraton properties, but also through Vistana. The third one I am having a problem with. When I log into Vistana, it shows up as a mortgage (it also shows up on the "what I own" page", but it doesn't show up on my dashboard for points remaining, it doesn't show up as an option to use to book trips, and when I call and book a reservation using it, the reservation doesn't show up on my dashboard. When I call, they confirm all the points are available to use....but no one can help me get them to show up on my dashboard to be able to use them to book online. I closed on this set of homeoptions back in the spring. I have called and emailed no less than 15 times trying to resolve this issue so I can actually use what I've paid for. NO ONE can seem to help me. They just keep saying they are raising "tickets" but there is no resolution. Can anyone please help me?!? Thank you!
