Hi,

I am selling my timeshare and was wondering if anyone had experience with transferring the deed on a WSJ property? I am also interested in if anyone has experience with an escrow/title company for an island like St John?

Thanks,
John

John,
I am just closing on a WSJ property and used Timeshare Title (Sharon, Pa.) for the closing and deed transfer. It's been smooth so far. Also, there is a real estate attorney on the island whose name escapes me, but I will look for it if you'd like.
