I have a Sheraton vistana villages(Bella) eoy even 2 bedroom high season worth 67,100 star options. I am giving the unit away for free, just asking for reimbursement of the 2015 fees I paid towards 2016 usage. Fees are $584/year for a total of 1168/usage plus svn fee based upon the number of units you own in svn.
As an added bonus, I will either cover the closing costs with ltt or make a reservation for the new owner the remaining 2015 balance of 23,100 staroptions. Please pm with any interest or questions!
