Resorts Owned
The Banyan Resort of Key West
Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Mexico????
We have a deeded timeshare in Key West for a unit in week 28. We want to transfer this to our kids. I would assume it can be done with a simple "Quit Claim" document. Any ideas? I hate to engage a lawyer to do this if it's something simple. Thanks in advance for your help

You can do it yourself if you want. Just copy/paste the legal description, changing Grantor/Grantee then send it (with the fee) to the county for recording, and when it comes back send it to the resort (with whatever fee they charge) to change their records, and you're done.

Or if you're uncomfortable doing that, many TUGgers use www.LTTransfers.com They are TUGgers and do professional transfers for a couple hundred dollars more or less.

It is really that simple if you have any comfort with paperwork. If not, get LT Transfers to handle it. Their fee for something so simple shouldn't be much...
