trading studio and one bedroom

Marriott Canyon Villas Phoenix AZ
If I trade a studio (ko olina) for a studio and a one bedroom (canyon villas) for a one bedroom to the same Marriott resort (Oceanpointe) can I ask the resort (oceanpointe) to place both units next to each other so I can have a 2 bedroom? Thanks!

Marriott Manor Club - 3 weeks platinum, 2 weeks at Marriott Beachplace Towers, and 1 week at Marriott Canyon Villas
Probably. I've done it at resorts I own - marrying up a 1 bdrm from II with my own studio.

It's probably an advantage for the resort as well as for youo, but arrange it well before checkin date.

You can ask, however it doesn't mean you will get it. I believe they will try to accomodate you, however others have posted on this board that they had tried this and were not successful. Its just due to the possibility of the two different units being ready at the same time and in the same view location.
