Trading power value of a 2-45 bonus week cert

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
In the past I could equate the trading power value of my bonus certs to around 10 or just under. Looking at my 2-45 bonus cert in my weeks today I see the value is closer to 7 or lower. I compared a 9tpu deposit and restricted the dates with the cert. With the 9 tpu deposit I could see 61 resorts in the US with the bonus cert I could see 32.

I was searching with one of those certs last week and was the first time I believe I have ever searched with one and not found anything [absolutely nothing] available in the Mid-Atlantic region. I assume it is because inventory is so tight right now and in demand for those trading with TPUs or points.
