1-if an exchange shows up from Interval, is it easier to get a two bedroom or a one bedroom at the four seasons avaira in Carlsbad, California?
2-am I too late if I’m requesting this October or November?
1. In general you need a week with decent trade power to be able to see a one bedroom. You need alot more trade power to see a 2-BR unit.
2. Just put in your request. Oct/Nov are not peak season. When you put in a request, you can request "minimum" of 1BR and up to 2BR.
