Trading into an affiliate/ South Seas Captiva

I initially booked a trip to Marco Island and today changed it to Captiva Island. When I made my initial reservation I paid the extra $$ to make sure I could exchange it. My question is, is there a limit on the number of times I can exhcange this reservation? We now are going to Plantation Beach Club II in mid July, but there are some other units in Captiva I might be more interested in trying to get into over the summer like plantation house or harbourview? So my next question is anyone have any experiences staying at any of the buildings at South Seas Plantation? And if so what did you like or not like about them? Also which units are cloest to the main pool?

Change it as much as you want more than 31 days out.

Page 138 has the rules for changing within 31 days of the reservation.

You can change it as much as you want, up to 1 day before check in. Just make sure you use the same number of points, or more, if you are rebooking fewer than 31 days prior to check in.
