Has anyone exchanged to Italy. Tried to get Capri with a 1bdrm WKORVN / part of 2lo, on II sight it says "limited exchange activity" does this really mean there is little to no chance of getting in there. Was trying for aug of 12. Opened it up after no luck on first request and got same answer no availability. First time trying to trade any insight appreciated

I don't know anything about trying to get a trade into Italy, but I will say that August is the month that most Europeans get as vacation, and many of them travel to Italy for the month, so I'd think August would be the worst month to try and trade into..Maybe add July or September??

I agree that August is going to be the most difficult month to trade into Europe generally. Italy in warm season can generally be a rather difficult trade, although the mountains of South Tirol, really more Austrian than Italian and historically part of Austria until 1918, tend to be the easiest to trade into with most exchange companies.

I would agree that your best bet is to broaden your time horizon and probably also look for a longer list of resorts.
