trades for 2010

Hi I would like to return to The shearwater , In Kauai in 2010, but I have not seen any deposit for that resort. Can someone tell when is the best time to look.
Has all the trades for shearwater go under ground with the new owner ship.
I would pick any month in 2010.

Usually, 2010 deposits would occur closer to 2010 when their maintenance fees for 2010 are due.

They bulk bank around 16 months out
