I finally bought a Polo Towers unit after 7 months of watching. I have read all the good and bad about this resort, and still decided to go for it. Got a 2 BR annual on ebay tonight in the price range I've been shooting for.

We'll see how it goes. I'm very excited, but if it doesn't work out, I'll put it on ebay next year, and learn from the experience.

Many thanks to TUG for all the helpful information, especially postings by DougP, Fern, RickandCindy, Clipper, and everyone else I pestered into posting information.

Doug, I'll be sure to step out on my balcony and wave to you in your fancy digs at the Marriott Grand Chateau while I'm there. :)
