My wife and I bought a timeshare from him early December, and it closed in January. The transaction when as smooth as could be. However, the plug is because of what he did next.

After the sale was over, and he owed us no further duties, we called him and asked if he could help us with reservations for March. Vistana takes a few weeks to transfer the applications, and rather than leave us hanging Tom contacted the prior sellers, and hadthem make reservations on our behalf. I thought that extra attention after a purchase is worth a shout out to anyone thinking of doing business with timesharesaleshawaii.com or Tom.
