I noticed my request for some legal direction was moved. May I ask where it was moved to or was it removed?. I personally didn't think it an inappropriate request as I don't know where to gain this advise because I am in Australia. I didn't mention names or situations, I was carefull.

Is it possible to receive private messages on this matter, if so how do I do it or am I just left to sink or swim?

Thanks

It looks like your posts have been merged into another thread. An easy way to find them is to click on your username on the left side of the page and choose Find more posts by.

Or I'll make it easier for you here...

There is a link to your post, a few links down below this one, on this forum (Newbies) - it has been merged with your other threads about your Wyndham ownership.

Click here and then go to page 3 http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=160285

You had several threads about your Wyndham timeshare, and they have been merged on the Wyndham forum. That keeps all your info. in one thread for the sake of continuity, and so readers can see what's already been asked and answered. Merging the threads was helpful to readers, because your last post didn't give much info. about your situation.

You can certainly receive private messages on this or any other subject. You (or anyone else who chooses to message you) can click on the recipient's blue username and two choices will appear- either 'Send a private message' or 'Send an e-mail'. Choose one and type the message.

No one wants you to sink or swim. However, after reading through the above referenced thread, it appears that you bought a timeshare that you are either having difficulty using, or are having buyer's remorse too long after the purchase to rescind, or both.

Good luck

Jim
