Title Insurance question

I'm in the process of buying a Frenchman's Cove week resale. I asked the sales agent about Title Insurance. She said I shouldn't purchase it because it isn't necessary, and that all I needed is an Estoppel letter. I told her I thought Insurance would be good in case there was a lien or judgement against the timeshare. She said you can't put a lien against a timeshare. Is this true? Do you think I need Insurance or not?

You can put a lien on timeshares in the states. I don't know about US VI.
