Title company says resort waived ROFR?

Is this common, or does it mean that I passed and Hilton didn't refuse? WHy would they waive that (glad they did)..

WKORV, WKV, SDO, Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra.
"Waived ROFR" means that they do NOT want to buy it.

"Exercised ROFR" means they DO want to buy it.

Why? Probably the price is too high, or they don't want that particular unit for their inventory.

HGVC has dramatically slowed down on the units they are buy back. So this is fairly common right now.

I could see them acting in New York because the points are worth more, but there is just too much inventory out there for them to act on ROFR with Ocean 22 being brand new and Hilton Head coming this summer.

I bought Flaming HGVC, 4800 (paid way more than I should have ).. But I bought out a client of mine who has always let me borrow his extra points for vegas every year. He also agreed to payments as he was eager to get out, I was eager to get in.. I didn't mind paying higher than I could have.
