Just bought a resale at grandview LV. I found the real at vacationtimesharerentals.com. I used their services. I was kinda terrified at the beginning of the process, but it was extremely smooth. I purchased in 11/29 and closed by 1/29. This time frame took into account RCI setting up my new points to my account. I can honestly say, if timesharing is amazing and awesome and if you're going to get into it just tug and go the resale route. Developer prices and not cool.:D :D :D
