Got an e-mail from this outfit, offering "Timeshare Cashout." Has anyone heard of them? Does anyone know of a reputable sales agent?

Secondly, there are nine For Sale listings for The Manhattan Club. All are worded identically, regardless of the size of the space, usage, or price. These must have been placed by the developer, right? The prices are outrageously below what we paid, when we STUPIDLY bought direct from the developer.

This experience -- of trying to unload the place -- is proving extremely upsetting.

Before even thinking of selling your TS read the TUG advice article on how to sell your TS. Thread

It is very unlikely that the ads are from the developer. It is very likely that they are from a big company which gets TS very cheap. We here on TUG call them postcard companies -PPC because they get their listings by sending postcards to owners saying that they are in town and making offers to owners. The offer is " Pay us $3000 and give us a power of attorney, we will turn around a sell your TS and keep both your $3000 and any money we get from the sale"
