Here is an interesting article from yesterday's WSJ about setting up a trust for a vacation home.

I've thought about how my 3 children would handle the TSs when the time comes. Given the flexibility of the DC (I'm enrolled) they may see more value with the TSs and want to keep them. Maybe this is a way to facilitate that.

Any thoughts?

We just purchased a resale week using our trust and will be moving another week we own into the trust as well. This is a good way to pass own assets to you children especially when you have property in multiple states.
