There's an Ebay auction by timesharepro1 I'm interested in and wanted to see if anyone has experience with them. They won't take PayPal or a credit card for payment and use some outfit called Go Properties Services for closing. They have 100% positive feedback which is good.

I have probably gotten five through him and never a problem. The last one took
Awhile but still closed fine.

I believe that John Kushman may be associated with both entities. Mr. Kushman is (...or at least was formerly) also associated with James Tarpey of DFAC and Resort Closings, Inc., located in Bozeman, Montana. Mr. Tarpey (not Kushman) has recently "acquired" some well publicized "personal attention" from U.S. Dept. of Justice.

Numerous TUGgers who have conducted timeshare transactions through Mr. Kushman speak well of him and of their experiences. I cannot join that chorus, based upon a failed transaction and eminently unsatisfactory encounter with him 5 or 6 years ago, but in all fairness my own experience with him may have been a statistical anomaly.
