Has anyone worked with TimeShareFinalExit or SellMyTimeShareNow?

Are these ligit? Neither of them ask for Money upfront (the sure sign its a scam) but both are asking for 1500.00 to get out. This is a large sum of money to be taken on when I have already been taken on the timeshare.

Any suggestions?

Is the $1500 being deducted from the "proceeds" before you are paid? If not, where is it coming from?

Yes, if I understand you correctly, if I sold the timeshare for 500 bucks then I would owe them an additional 1000.00. Not sure who would be willing to pay 500 for the timeshare when there is no market to buy them.

I can't imagine they are going to bill you after it's sold; at some point they are going to ask you for money before it's out of your name. My guess is they'll just list it on ebay with a starting bid of $1, and if it sells charge you the $1500 minus the final bid price (probably $1).
