I need input on this closing company. Looking to purchase a Marriott and let them handle the closing. All input appreciated. They are located in Ocoee Florida. Looking at a total of 575.00 to close a Marriott timeshare in South Carolina. This is turnkey, including recording, etc. Thanks....Susan

They are the closing company that Seth Nook / Samuel Rodriguez at Selling Timeshares Inc. is using for our HGVC Flamingo purchase. We close in January.

Just finished a closing with TRCS at Ko Olina. They are very professional and really know their stuff. Very responsive with communication as well. No complaints whatsoever.
