Timeshare owners vs full time owners

Hi I am at the kauai beach villas Now, the condo is in great shape, but the outside leading to unit looks bad. I was wondering how does that get fix when their are timeshare and full time owners in the same lots.

WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
The full-time owners pay into a maintenance fund for exterior maintenance and the timeshare owners pay maintenance fees. The resort was flooded awhile back, and the grounds may still be suffering because usually they are very nice. You must be in one of the units renovated after the flood? What building and floor? Would love to see some pictures!
