I have a timeshare at Formosa Bay in Plettenberg, South Africa. I have never visited the home resort, instead I have exchanged through RCI for the past 10 years and have used successfully at any time of the year. Unfortunately, due to the economy I lost my job three years ago and have been unable to secure full-time employment; therefore, I am unable to pay the 2012 maintenance fees. Timeshare is deeded and paid. All fees through 2011 have been paid. Maintenance is due in January 2012 and is billed in South African Rand. The most recent coversion was $472 USD.

I am not looking to make any money off of this timeshare. I have contacted my home resort and when I have a "buyer" we can work with them to have the property deeded to the new owner.
