Has anyone sold using this company? I have an offer to purchase my Marriott Streamside at Vail Evergreen 2 BR prime season floating ski week EY. No listing, upfront or back end fee to me and will net $6000 on sale. We no longer ski and have difficulty getting the II exchanges that we want. Been converting and renting my points online. Is there anything I should be aware of so that I don't get scammed? Thanks for any help.

Is their site timesharebrokersales.com? You could verify that they are licensed real estate agents with the state of Florida. I don't know anything else about them to answer your question. You may also want to pose your question in the Buying, Selling & Renting Timeshares forum as you may find more people in there that have used them.

This sounds like all the scams that was in the TUG livestream on Sunday. Just look at successful ebay sales for reasonable sales prices, and then list on TUG or the like.
