Yes, I used them.

This company does buy SOME timeshares, not all. I had two timeshares to sell. I was able to sell our Starwood resort, but they would not take our Hiawatha Manor resort. They also do not offer much, but they do pay closing costs just like the website says. I begged them to take the Hiawatha Manor and they would not. They referred me to a broker and they would not take the Hiawatha either. Anyway, Timeshare Acceptance seems like a marketing arm for Great American Financ. They are the ones who actually took title of our Sheraton. I guess all in all it was a positive experiance, they did not charge anything to take the Starwood, probably because it had value, but I honestly would have paid them to take the Hiawatha Manor. Give them a shot, the worst they can do, is tell you they wont make you an offer. Cathy
