I’m in the Deed purchase process for 717,000 points at the Wyndham Vacation Resorts Panama City Beach. This is an Annual ownership interest and is allocated 717,000 points for use in Each year. The use year for this contract currently ends on 12/31.

My current timeline with LT Transfers and the buying process:

Jan 22 - Owner and Buyer agree on purchase price from TUG2 listing
Jan 24 - DocuSign sales agreement from LT
Jan 30 - Buyers Estoppel received and ROFR submitted to Wyndham

Just to keep the record straight - do NOT count on transfers to go smoothly. We are changing owner names on a resale contract, and the changes are not immediate family. We are using LT transfers. On Dec 4, we sent in the new deed, transfer details, copies of drivers licenses and $399 check. My check was cashed on Dec 19. In the mail today I received a letter from Wyndham telling me that in order for them to process a transfer I have to fill out their "transfer form", get a new deed, and send in a $399 check. It seems they have the cover letter, but separated the rest of the documents from the request. Interesting that the "transfer form" asks for SSN and no where does it ask for a drivers license. I'm going to email them a copy of the cancelled check, and a copy of the paperwork that was already sent. I assume the 12-14 weeks will start over again. Sigh.

So LT Transfers is doing Wyndham transfers again?
