Time Zone

When trying to book a resort exactly 9 months out, which time zone is it based off of. The local time at that hotel, the local to my account, or local at HGVC headquarters?

If it's Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil (Savannah & Orlando)...
Then it's only 11PM Central, 10PM Mountain and 9PM Pacific.
Hardly seems fair that everyone to the West can retire early.

Thanks. Seems like it did trigger inventory at 9 pacific. But for some reason I can't book (just select and go to the next screen and where it shows the cancel/back or view resort gallery option...but not the normal button below to book). If I drop back a day it works. If I select the next day out it gives me the 9 month msg. So I must be on the correct day. Frustrating.

Ok. Cracked the code. Changed my iPad's time zone to something in the next calendar day and it worked.

Seems that if you are in pacific time you can see the inventory but can't book until the calendar date is after midnight. So I changed from pacific to Italy (eastern probably would have worked) and I was ab,e to proceed through booking.
