I have a 1 bedroom unit at Timbers of Island Park that needs a new home. The new owner will have use of the 2021 week which is reserved for Sept 10-17, 2021. Maintenance fees have been paid and were $777 for 2021.

This is a high season week that floats weeks 1-20 and weeks 36-52.

Timbers at Island Park is 22 miles from the entrance to Yellowstone Park and is a great location to explore the park. There is a new indoor Pool and game room and there is a golf course adjacent to the resort.

Maintenance fees will not be due until Oct 1, 2121, for the 2022 use year. Use year is Oct 1 until Sept 30th.
The new owner can reserve a different week based on availability. If you exchange with Trading places international, you will receive a bonus week and free guest certificates. Island Park can also be used in both Interval International and RCI. It is a really versatile week

The only cost is the $175 transfer fee which would be paid to trading Places to transfer ownership.

It pulls quality resorts and has very reasonable maintenance fees. For someone who wants a cheap II trader, this is a great week. ( I was able to use 2 years and combine them 2 get a 2 bedroom unit at Westin Princeville...How great is that...REALLY) It also has the versatility of trading in RCI. I just have two many weeks and really need to find this a new home.

Ok Guys...Just to tempt you further...Right now I can see Westin Princeville studio units and Marriot Kauai beach club through May of 2021. Marriot Maui Ocean Club Studio & one bed through Jan and Sands of Kahana 1 & 2 bedrooms in Jan & May. Marriot Ko Olina Studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms as far out as July. If you want me to check on anything specific , let me know...my point is you can get High quality trades.

Just updating. This is still available but the 2021 week has been deposited with trading places. I will transfer the banked week to the new owner and there are also 2 bonus weeks I will transfer if Trading Places allows or owner can book and use them. Trading places does not charge island park owners guest fees for exchanges and don't think they would for bonus weeks either.

Yellowstone is a great place......would love to find this a new home
