Timber Lodge timeshare presentation promos

Hello,

has anyone attended a sales presentation at Timber Lodge lately? Are they offering any promo gifts? I am considering going to one. Is it worth the time spend?

We attended an owners update in June and received 5,000 points for 30 minutes of time. It was only a brief discussion of the DC club. Then they mentioned that if we wanted to ask questions and learn more on a one-on-one basis, they would give us 10,000 more points. We did want to ask some questions, so we did it. Had a good conversation and thought it was worth while.

As it turned out, I don' think we learned anything new. At the same time, we didn't think it was a waste of time. The overview was held at 8:30 am and was over at 9. The one-on-one discussion could be scheduled any time later and we were able to arrange it for about an hour later (someone else scheduled first). It didn't interfere with our other activities.
